A great selection of fish with many unique dishes, absolutely delicious entrees, and wonderful service! The price matches what you're getting. Every time I visit the area I'm going to have to stop. This time around my husband got the Southern Triggerfish and holy hell... fontina bacon grits with a cornmeal covered generous and mild fillet and some shallot tomato thing on top... top tier! I tried the Jamaican jerk red snapper dish with coconut corn risotto and a baked sweet potato, also tasty, not spicy, but not as good as the Anguilla hoggish entree (got that last time). The sweet potato came with a mango butter or something and was good. We also got 2 apps, the southern hushpuppies and calamari. Calamari was good - you get rings and "heads/bodies" (look like tiny fried octopus) but nothing to write home about. Hushpuppies were meh, I couldn't even tell there was meat in there and they aren't that big for the price. You typically only get 4 hushpuppies even though our picture has 5 (we just got lucky). I'd order the Southern Triggerfish entree ten times over it was so dang good. The red snapper piece of fish was a smaller portion and definitely lighter given its grilled. It was good but I think the jerk seasoning was maybe a little light for my preference given the thickness of the fish.

We've been coming to Farlow's for years and we've always had great service and great food but the water they serve tastes horrible.

I love this place. We've been stopping in every time we're in Englewood for years, and this is hands down my favorite restaurant in the area. Everything I've ordered is delicious, the vibe is good, the service is good, the location is good, and they have live music. What more could you ask for? They have some pretty amazing key lime pie martinis :)

Not being a local, but have family who are, according to them and my recent experience, the food is consistently good. It had been several years since I last dined here. I have meals from here delivered to family on special occasions. We were impressed with the quality of the food. Everything we had was delicious. What I found intriguing is that I've had escargot in Paris and other locations, but Farlow's escargot are HUGE compared to other places I've been to. The calamari was good and the coconut shrimp is the best we've ever had. The steaks were cooked perfectly. They had this special, Cashew chicken with linguine, that was absolutely delicious. The St Croix Seafood Pie did not disappoint. Our waiter was very nice and incredibly helpful. I didn't realize they had an appetizer tower. I had ordered 3 different appetizers. He took it upon himself to put them in a tower to save me money, because all of the items I chose are options for the tower. That just goes to show how well this restaurant is run. Honesty, kindness and great food!

On a friends recommendation (and a yelp search) we picked this place for lunch. It's a nice location with water views, indoor and outside seating and full bar. The hostess were very cheerful and seated us at our table. The wait staff was very nice and friendly with good food choices to try. The food was very well done no complaints or issues at all. Looking forward to trying it again and sitting outside on warmer day.

This was my second visit to Farlow's. Highly satisfied both times. The host was very kind and sat us in the perfect spot for what we were looking for today. A little shade along with some sunshine. The food and service were great both times. Great outdoor atmosphere but they offer indoor dinning as well. Anna was our server today. She was EXCELLENT! Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive! Ask for Anna!

Went to Manisota Beach and wanted to get lunch nearby, so we came across Farlow's. What a great place! We dined outdoors of course. Great ambiance from the start, great cocktail menu! I had the Limin' de Coconut. It was delicious! For lunch I had the grouper tacos and opted for the sweet potato fries over the argula salad. Tacos were great, can't go wrong with grouper! The sweet potato fries were chunk wedges which was different but again didn't disappoint! Next time I will save room for dessert as I'm sure they have a fab dessert menu. Our server was friendly and took care of us on this busy Friday afternoon. Will be back!

Great menu! Nice to see such variety at a seafood place. Ambiance was perfect and had live music. We sat outside on the large patio. Although the seafood trolly in the waiting area seamed a little hokie (is that how you spell it??), I loved speaking to the associate about the fish. She was pretty knowledgeable and helped my wife pick the specials. Service was very good and service time was spot on Although I was completely underwhelmed on the plate presentation, honestly it was dreadful. I thought the food tasted great. Food was hot and fresh. To the Chefs -spend an extra 10 seconds and give some love to the presentation. You work so hard for it to look like that. To some it up, i had a great dinner with my wife and enjoyed the meal. Thank you !!

This was the first time to try Farlow's for our party of 3. The main reason we chose here was so my husband could try the Hogfish they had on their menu. Everything we ordered was just delicious and our friend actually ate everything on her plate along with 3 pieces of bread. That's the most I've seen her eat as a meal. Our waitress (sorry can't remember her name) was excellent. She kept my husband's Diet Coke filled, he drinks it like water. That's a job right there. The atmosphere was wonderful, busy but that just shows how great the food is. We will definitely be back whenever we're back in town.

5 stars for my entree, Peter Island Scallops. Scallops were perfectly cooked and the crab, spinach and white wine cream sauce made this dish next level. I also love that 2 sides come with each entree. This is a rarity these days. 5 stars for the attentive and friendly wait person. She was so kind and really wanted us to enjoy our food.
